- Rattlesnakes, skunks, and a coyote have been spotted in Del Mar and in Point Del Mar. If you see one, call San Diego County Animal Services or Humane Society: (619) 236-4250. There is no free San Diego animal control for wildlife issues.
- Replacement Gate Openers are pre-programmed and available through Bob Hood for $20.00. Please contact Bob at (858) 405-8600.
- The Pool: The heater is turned on from May 1st to Nomember 1st for Summer and Fall swimming. The spa is always heated. Thanks for remembering to COVER the spa after your use. NO pets in the recreation area (pool, spa, tennis courts), please. Exception: Service dog accompanying person with a disability.
- Please be mindful and remember to lock all of your doors at night including your garage door, side doors and vehicles.
- Point Del Mar Residents are asked to report any suspicious activity with specific details of the person, individuals or vehicle description to our NNJ Community Manager, Jamie Circle @ (858) 795-7082.

Our Waste Service with PinPlus will remain unaffected this coming Monday, January20, 2025, Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Landscape Change Request Form

Landscape Change Request Forms (FORM)
The Board encourages owners/residents in making their yard personal, we just ask that a Landscape Request Form is submitted, reviewed
and approved first.
What does this mean? Just like any Architectural changes to the outside of your home
must be approved, so does any landscaping changes. The Landscape Committee is
happy to review all change requests in a timely manner so materials can be purchased
and installed with little delay.
Much like Architectural Requests what is being asked for in the landscape changes
should be what is planted. So, for example, if your change request includes the planting
of roses, and you think petunias will look better, you will need to submit an UPDATED
request form.

Vehicle Identification Stickers

New vehicle identification stickers/gate openers are available from Bob Hood. If you do not have a sticker/your sticker has faded or need a gate opener, please call Bob Hood at (858) 405-8600. Once applied to the back of the rearview mirror do not try to remove it because it takes up to 24 hours for it to become affixed to your mirror. We would like each resident to have an identifiable Point Del Mar sticker on their mirror.
